Coastal Division has worked hard in recent years to improve the quality of its service.
In 2014, Coastal Division received the certificate of ISO9001Quality Management and since early 2016 Coastal Division also holds the ISO14001 certification for Environmental Management Systems. This means that the organization is making great efforts to sustainably increase customer satisfaction and to maximally reduce environmental risks by better agreements with contractors, thorough checks on the building sites, in depth training and awareness building of its own staff, and so on.
Following a successful external audit at the end of 2016, Coastal Division was awarded two new ISO certificates ISO9001:2015 for Quality Management and ISO14001:2015 for Environmental Management Systems at the beginning of 2017. The main added value of these revised standards is that all efforts in terms of customer satisfaction and environmental management follow a risk-based approach.
